Refunds

Thank you for shopping with SHHH. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept refund requests for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be:
 • Unworn and unused
 • In their original condition
 • With all tags attached
 • In the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:
 • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
 • Gift cards
 • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
